Steve Pence has extensive experience litigating complex corporate, civil and personal injury cases in both state and federal courts. His clients include corporate executives, public officials, doctors, lawyers, accountants, professors and stock brokers. He also represents companies with issues involving criminal complaints, grand jury subpoenas, document compliance and internal investigations.

As Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky, Steve Pence served as the Secretary of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet and Commissioner of State Police. His litigation experience includes prosecuting cases for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Kentucky Attorney General's Office. Steve was also a partner in two prominent Louisville, Kentucky law firms.

A retired Colonel from the United States Army Reserve, Steve Pence served as a federal Military Judge and is the former Staff Judge Advocate of the 100th Division in Louisville, Kentucky. Steve Pence is a former math teacher with the Jefferson County Public School System, taught Economics for Eastern Kentucky University and Kentucky Educational Television. He also served as an Instructor of Advanced Criminal Law for the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
